HERE'S HOW IT WORKS…

I put together a group of 12 people who scrapbook with me. Each month you will need to order at least $25 worth of products along with the 11 other people in your club. You can spend more, but $25 is the minimum. Order what you need and what you will use… the choice in products is up to you. You’re committing to 1 year. If you don’t have something that you really want, simply order yourself a gift certificate to use at a later date.

By a random draw, each person is assigned a month, i.e., if your month is August, you will receive a free 12X12 Premiere Album in that month or $45 in free product PLUS any other hostess promo that may be running that month. If you choose to increase your hostess credits during the month that you are the hostess you can purchase more during your month and/or take outside orders from your friends to increase your sales and receive more free products with your hostess credits (see chart on page 2). Yes, simply by joining the club you will receive all the host rewards during your month, so a minimum of $45 in FREE products of your choice, PLUS more hostess credits depending on the sales of your club members and any outside sales you may have gathered.

All you need to do is let me know you want to join. (You can even invite your friends to participate!) To make it simple for you, you have the option to put your credit card number on file with me to make your monthly payment easy. This is optional. I also have an auto ship plan if you want to always order a set of refill pages, page protectors and a tape runner refill (or photo splits). This truly can be easy with little time involved. For those who live outside of the area, you can still participate and I’ll ship your order.

At the end of the year, you will have the same benefits as my other hostesses. There will be a Hostess Appreciation Crop in November, a free day of cropping with lunch served, another benefit of this club. Even if we have not gotten to your month yet, you will still be invited to this special event. All Premiere Club members will be invited!

I am so excited to offer you this opportunity to earn free Creative Memories products that you can only receive as a hostess. I know that you are going to love the opportunity to earn the extra free products, as well…. don’t delay, call or email me as this is limited to 12 people. I will send Club Members an email at the beginning of each month highlighting all the new products that are just coming out, giving you first chance to order those. Your order can consist of any CM products, the choice is yours. You will need to place your order by the 20th of each month so I can give that month’s hostess her credits. Club Members will get new catalogs mailed to them as soon as they are released. The higher the sales of the club members during your month, the more you earn in free products. (And you all still get your Memory Keeper Club credits)

Again, this is a Premiere 12-Member Club with limited spaces available. Please contact me today if you want to join. This first time around, as people join the club, you can pick your preferred month. After this first year, I’ll do a random draw and mix the months up so everyone has a different month. You are only committing to one year, and you will have first chance to join the club for the following year. Once you join you’ll get the one year contract, plus a new catalog with the hostess credits listed and a wish list to compile so you’ll be ready when it is your month to earn credits. I think this is going to be a LOT of FUN!

Your privacy is important to us. Creative Memories respects the privacy of every individual who visits one of its Web sites. In particular, the security of your personal information provided in relation to the services offered at mycmsite.com (the "Site"), is of great concern to Creative Memories. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining what information we need, why we need it, and how we make sure your information is secure. Creative Memories is committed to ensuring that you enjoy the Site safely and privately.

Services

Creative Memories is committed to providing you with a secure environment for Consultant-Customer connection. When using the services provided on the Site you may be required to provide some personal information to help assist Creative Memories or a Creative Memories Consultant conduct business with you. Each Site is assigned to a specific Creative Memories Consultant, and is managed by that individual through a password protected account. As a customer, when you access a Site you are interacting with a Creative Memories Consultant, who is an independent consultant operating their own Creative Memories business.

Personal Information

Creative Memories only uses your personal information to assist in providing the services available to you at the Site you choose to access. Your personally identifiable information will not be rented, sold or shared with any third party, except as provided to third party intermediaries who help us run the Site. Your personal information is only provided to third parties, such as credit card authorization companies, technical advisors, vendors processing our outbound email communication, etc., for the purpose of providing you the Site services requested at the time you request them. Third parties do not store, retain, access or otherwise use your personal information other than to provide you with the requested Site services, and they are held to confidentiality agreements with Creative Memories.

This Privacy Policy applies to Creative Memories. Since the specific Site you access is managed by a Creative Memories Consultant, they may have access to your personal information in order to assist in providing requested services. Creative Memories Consultants are individually responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of your personal information. Creative Memories Consultants must only use a customer's personal information for conducting business with that customer and is not permitted to rent, sell or share this information. It is a violation of Creative Memories' Policies and Procedures to inappropriately disclose of personal information obtained from customers. Please contact your Creative Memories Consultant regarding their privacy practices.

Creative Memories may use non-identifying and aggregate information for the purpose of enhancing the mycmsite.com services and to share with business partners. For example, Creative Memories may tell a partner that X number of individuals visited a certain area on the site, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out a registration form, but Creative Memories would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Creative Memories reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion. If there is a need to change the Privacy Policy, we will email Creative Memories Consultants who own a mycmsite.com account and, where appropriate, post any changes for customer viewing announcing the new Privacy Policy. If applicable, Creative Memories will provide Site users with a way to opt out of any changes to the way their personal information will be used.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

Information Explicitly Provided

When you place an order at a Site you will need to provide personally identifiable information:
  • mailing address
  • billing name and address
  • credit card number and expiration date

Creative Memories only uses your credit card information to process your order and will not share this information with any third party, except as provided by necessity to third party intermediaries who are integral in processing your order.

If you wish to register for an event, you will need to provide your email address so your Creative Memories Consultant can keep you updated. Your Creative Memories Consultant will use your email address and other contact information you may provide to organize an event. If you wish not to be contacted by your Creative Memories Consultant the future, you must reply to a Consultant's correspondence indicating that you wish to opt out of future emails. Creative Memories Consultants are obligated to honor these requests.

Information Automatically Collected (electronic)

Cookies and Pixel Tags - Creative Memories uses cookies and pixel tags to track users of mycmsite.com. Cookies are pieces of information stored on a user's computer by a Web site so preferences are remembered on future requests. Pixel tags (also know as "Web Bugs," "Web Beacons," "Clear Gifs," "Invisible Gifs," and "Tracker Gifs") are signals sent from certain Web sites or emails used to pass certain information to our servers to personalize our Web sites and to track your usage. Creative Memories does not save password or credit card number information on cookies or through use of pixal tags. Rather, cookies and pixel tags are used to optimize the performance and functionality of the site, and to personalize the site for you and present you with content and offers specific to your interests.

If you are uncomfortable with the idea of your information being stored in cookies, Creative Memories recommends disabling cookie support in your browser. However, please note that this may limit the performance and functionality of the Site.

IP Address - When you visit the site to read or download information, Creative Memories collects and stores non-personally identifiable information such as the following: the name of the domain from which you access the Internet (for example, aol.com, if you are connecting from an America Online account), the date and time you access the site, the referring website or search engine, system settings, and activities on the Site. Creative Memories uses this information to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of the site and to help us make the site more useful to visitors.
SECURITY

Creative Memories is committed to the security of your personal information. Creative Memories uses industry best practices to protect the privacy of your personally identifiable information. When providing sensitive information, such as a password or credit card information, Creative Memories encrypts this information through SSL, an encryption and security technology.


MISCELLANEOUS

Please note that if based on good faith belief that the law requires it, or to protect your or Creative Memories' rights or property, Creative Memories will disclose your personal information to the extent required.

When you supply your Creative Memories Consultant you email, they may send you promotions and other information regarding products and services. If you choose to opt out, you will be provided with a means to do so on each communication.
